Jonnathan Strawthorne has a very active imagination and an insatiable curiosity of history, science, and technology. He loves to write historical, alternate historical, science and apocalyptic fiction. He has authored to date three books in two distinct categories of genre and is currently working on a stand-alone novel exploring a young Texan man’s experiences as a soldier during the Russian revolution of 1917 onward.
He lives with his wife in Canada, has three sons and one granddaughter. In his spare time, he composes music, plays guitar, piano and reads his favorite authors. He loves traveling to experience the numerous cultures, languages and geographic locations spread around the world. His inspiration comes from the masters of storytelling, James A. Michener, Leo Tolstoy, Wilbur Smith, Robert A. Heinlein, Alistair Maclean, Arthur C. Clark and finally last but not the least Stephen King.
